Why is my order delayed?
At MamaMallow™, we source the finest organic materials from specialist suppliers in the US, Europe, and Asia to ensure the highest quality for sensitive skin. Because our items ship from international fulfillment centers, delays can occasionally occur due to:

Customs Processing: International clearance can sometimes take longer than expected.

High Demand: During "Buy 1 Get 3" sales or holiday seasons, processing times may increase.

Weather & Logistics: Unforeseen events like severe weather or carrier strikes.
When will my payment be confirmed?
Credit card and shop pay payments are usually processed immediately. In rare cases, it may take up to 2 business days. All delivery estimates begin from the date of payment confirmation.
When will I receive my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be sent to your email within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Note: During peak promotional periods, please allow up to 5 business days for tracking to be generated.
I can’t see any information on my tracking number.
Don't worry! It can take 3–5 business days for the carrier’s system to update with the first "checkpoint." If you don’t see movement immediately, your package is still in transit to the first sorting hub.
When will I receive my order?

Order Modifications & Accuracy
Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship exactly to the address provided. If you notice an error, contact us within 2 hours of ordering. Once an order is processed, we cannot guarantee changes.
Recipient Not Available Carriers usually make three delivery attempts. If no one is available, the package may be held at your local post office for 7 days. If it is returned to us because it wasn't picked up, a reshipping fee will apply.
Can I change the color or size after ordering? To ensure fast shipping, orders go into processing immediately. We cannot change the product model or color once payment is confirmed. However, you can use our 30-Day Return Policy once the item arrives.
Cancellations & Returns
Can I cancel an order that hasn't arrived yet? Once an order is paid and sent to our fulfillment center, it cannot be canceled. You may return the items for a refund once they arrive, following our standard return guidelines.
What if my item arrives damaged? We take great care in our packaging, but if an item arrives defective, please email support@mamamallow.co within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement immediately.
