90-Day Manufacturing Warranty

Every MamaMallow™ garment is covered by a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This coverage begins from the day your order is delivered.

What is covered:

  • Faulty zippers or broken snaps.

  • Unraveling stitching or seams.

  • Fabric defects present upon arrival.

If a verified manufacturing defect appears within 90 days, we will replace the item with the same model (or an equivalent style if the original is out of stock).

What is NOT covered:

  • Washing Errors: Shrinkage or damage caused by high-heat drying or harsh chemical detergents (please follow our organic care instructions).

  • Stains: Damage from baby food, blowouts, or general use.

  • Normal Wear & Tear: Pilling from crawling or thinning over time.

  • Accidental Damage: Rips or tears caused by sharp objects or snagging.

Lifetime Lost Replacement — One Time, Anytime

We know that life with a baby is a whirlwind. If you ever lose a piece of your MamaMallow™ collection (whether it’s left at the park or lost during a move), we will replace it once, free of charge, at any time.

  • No Bureaucracy: Just a simple request.

  • Limit: One lifetime lost replacement per customer.

  • Original Purchaser: Applies only to the person who made the original purchase.

  • Replacement: Will be the same model or an equivalent available model.

30-Day Returns

If you aren't completely in love with your purchase, you may return your unworn, unwashed items within 30 days for any reason. Please refer to our [Return Policy] for full details.

No Repairs

Because we prioritize the safety and structural integrity of baby clothing, we do not perform repairs. All approved warranty claims result in a brand-new replacement item.
