Returns & Exchanges

At MamaMallow™, your baby’s comfort is our priority. Whether you need an exchange or a return, we aim to make the process as gentle as possible.

  • 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed (to protect sensitive skin standards), with original tags and packaging.

  • Promotional Returns (BOGO/Bundles): If you purchased items as part of a "Buy X, Get Y" offer:

    • To receive a full refund, all items in the bundle (including the free ones) must be returned.

    • If you only return part of a bundle, the refund will be adjusted to reflect the full retail price of the items you kept.

  • Free Gifts: If your order included a free gift (for orders over $120) and your return brings the total order value below $120, the free gift must be returned in original condition, or its value will be deducted from your refund.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@mamamallow.co. Once approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions. Please do not send items back without an authorization email.

Refunds

Once inspected, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

MamaMallow™ reserves the right to limit quantities on "Buy 1 Get 3" or similar high-value promotions to ensure all families have access to our products. Discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. In the event of a technical error where multiple discounts are applied incorrectly, MamaMallow™ reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
