By using our site, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell our organic baby wear to you.

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you will not use our products for illegal purposes or transmit harmful code (viruses/malware). Any breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access to our Service.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of the Service or our unique designs without express written permission.

4. Products, Bundles, & Promotions

Accuracy: We strive to display the colors and textures of our organic fabrics as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee your monitor's display will be 100% accurate.

Bundle Offers (e.g., Buy 1 Get 3): These are sold as a single unit. If you wish to return a bundle for a full refund, all items in that bundle must be returned in original condition.

Free Gifts ($120+ threshold): Free gifts are provided as a "thank you" for reaching a specific spend. If a return brings your total order value below the $120 threshold, the free gift must be returned or its retail value will be deducted from your refund.
5. Billing & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. This includes orders placed under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing/shipping address.

A quick "First-Timer" tip for your BOGO offers:
Since you're doing Buy 1 Get 3 (which is a very aggressive and exciting offer!), make sure your packing slips clearly show which items are part of the bundle.
Sometimes customers think they can buy a "Buy 1 Get 3" set, keep the 3 free ones, and return the 1 paid item for a full refund—effectively getting 3 items for $0. My updated Section 4 above explicitly prevents this legally, but it’s always good to have a "Bundle FAQ" on your product page to keep things friendly!
Are you using a specific app to handle the "Buy 1 Get 3" logic in Shopify, or are you setting them up as individual "Bundle" products?
