At MamaMallow™, we know you’re excited to get your organic baby wear. We offer tracked international shipping from our fulfillment centers to families all over the world.

Delivery Estimates

Please note: These times refer to transit only and do not include order processing.

• USA & Canada: 4–10 business days

• United Kingdom: 3–7 business days

• European Union: 3–7 business days

• Australia & New Zealand: 5–12 business days

• Rest of the World: 5–12 business days

Order Processing

We take extra care with your organic garments. Please allow 1–3 business days for our team to process and pack your order before it ships. You will receive a tracking link via email (and SMS, if chosen) as soon as your package is on its way.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We know life with a newborn is busy. If your tracking says “Delivered” but you can’t find your package:

1. Check with neighbors or your building’s reception.

2. Wait 24 hours (sometimes couriers mark items as delivered early).

3. If it’s still missing, contact us at support@mamamallow.co.

The MamaMallow™ Promise:

Because we know how important these items are for your little one, we offer a one-time lifetime lost replacement. If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship your order to you one time, free of charge.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, import duties or customs fees may be applied by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Because we ship from multiple fulfillment centers to get your order to you faster, customs fees are often avoided, but we recommend checking your local regulations.
